Hudson New York

It's a must for me when traveling to really love my hotel and want to come back to each day. This year during New York Fashion Week I stayed at The Hudson on 58th in Manhattan and life was great!
The Hudson’s feel was Dark & Dreamy. The immediate interior has you surrounded by lush greenery clinging onto the surface of an enchanting brick structure. The decor was that of a modern-day Alice in Wonderland with hidden places to connect or regroup like the log with clear seats, or all the body melting oversized chairs. The two outdoor spaces seemed like a place you could just hang out with seating everywhere and a great view of the city. The sky terrace was a favorite of ours to sit and reflect on our busy schedule. Each morning of our stay, we traveled downstairs for soy lattes and conversation before running around the city to shows and appointments. Our room felt spacious and homey all at the same time with rich wood paneling and white everything as if two worlds colliding to make the perfect combo. The view from our room was everything you could want in NYC skyline. Looking from above at all the people traveling to and from work. Everyone moving like ants in a beautiful system lost in their own world. It was a joy to sit and get lost for a few moments. The highlight for my husband was definitely eating at Umami Burger inside the hotel.
At the end of each day, I was so happy to come back to our hotel and it became a place where I could forget about the city chaos, play it casually, and relax. And with that, I can say that without a doubt, I love The Hudson. Bravo bravo.
