I usually don't like a sleep mask, they are rough, too tight or too lose. I wasn't going to give up finding one that worked for me.

I wanted to share a few items that are currently on my bedside. First is The Five-Minute Journal. I didn't think much of this book until I sat down to read what it was all about. It has been so insightful on where my thinking is. You answer a few questions in the morning and the night. It takes no time at all. I have realized that I spend a lot of time focusing on the future, wants and the negative. Since starting the journal, I have become more present, and instead of always wanting more I am grateful for where I am.
