As an ambassador for No More Plastic and a long-time advocate of mindful, ethical fashion, I was proud to partner with DeMellier’s founder, Mireia Llusia-Lindh, to create a sustainable tote bag and awareness around the everyday pollution of single-use plastics. The EARTH Tote, inspired by the wondrous natural world, as well as the plastic waste that’s slowly destroying it, brought in over $14,000 with 100% of the profits going directly to No More Plastic, a not-for-profit organization with the same goals and passions I have.
By raising awareness and developing alternative solutions to single-use plastic, they hope to reinvent what consumption can look like moving forward—I’m honored to be on that journey with them.
