Living Room Style 3 Ways With Crate & Barrel

For me, restyling and rearranging my furniture isn’t a hassle, it’s a source of elation and an outlet for creativity. My imagination takes hold from the moment I first explore a new collection. With the Crate & Barrel spring line, I was immediately drawn to the sensorial feel, no matter the medium, and the modern versatility of every piece. Whether for a furniture photoshoot or to usher in a new season, I love rearranging my living space (and I do it a LOT).

I’ve found my personal style through plenty of trial and error—for every 100 layout ideas I would try, I might create 97 or so that just didn’t feel right. Throughout my evolution, I designed enough spaces I didn’t like to eventually find the ones I did. And now, when springtime rolls around and I inevitably crave a rebirth of my space, I can eagerly reconfigure the versatile pieces I already have into something excitingly new, yet comfortably familiar.

These three unique living room stylings are my latest creations, though I’m never sure how long a room will remain static. Soon enough, I’ll unearth new inspiration or enter another season of my life and begin the process anew—designing yet another space for myself and my family to inhabit, and reveling in the pure joy of creating it.
